Andrea Lacson

Andrea Lacson is part of the Rosemont Partners Operations team, supporting the day-to-day delivery of client services through efficient operations, administration, and process management. Working closely with internal teams, she helps ensure a seamless experience for clients and partners, coordinating key administrative processes and contributing to the smooth execution of company formation and corporate services.

Andrea brings a strong background in customer service, client onboarding and company formation, with experience supporting businesses throughout their setup and growth journey. She has also contributed to a number of startup initiatives, including process optimisation, automation projects, and system implementation, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and enhancing the client experience.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys discovering new cafés, trying out baking recipes, and unwinding with a good series or a walk outdoors. She values continuous personal growth and believes in taking time to reflect, recharge, and approach each new challenge with clarity and focus.
