Compliance & Operations Executive

Ayesha comes from a Compliance and Analyst background, having moved from Pakistan over 3-Years ago, to live in Dubai, UAE.

Fun Fact: Ayesha studied at the University of the Punjab where she acquired a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Our colleague, Arslan Nazir recognised Ayesha immediately when she begun with us, after they attended the same University and classes in Pakistan !!

Ayesha’s role is imperative in ensuring that Rosemont’s compliance standards adhere to local UAE regulations and with international standards. This includes our onboarding process, conducting thorough due diligence, and screening using tools like World-Check. Working alongside our Operations Team, Ayesha provides a seamless integration of new clients while upholding our compliance standards. 

On a personal note, if Ayesha is not out with her friends in Dubai, she is either off travelling, exploring new cultures and trying different cuisines . Ayesha assures us that wherever you will find her, you can be certain that she will be dancing, specifically to Bollywood songs!
