Darren Bey leads the People function at Rosemont Partners, partnering with leadership to strengthen organisational culture, develop scalable people strategies and support the continued growth of the business. Working across the organisation, he focuses on attracting, developing and retaining talent while embedding people practices that enhance employee engagement, performance and long-term success. Darren also plays a key role in developing Rosemont Partners’ People Partnering offering, helping clients build high-performing teams and sustainable workplace cultures.

Darren brings extensive international experience across human resources, organisational development and strategic people partnering, having worked with businesses across the UAE, UK, US, East Africa, Singapore, and Mainland Europe. His expertise spans organisational design, leadership development, employee engagement, and workplace wellbeing, with a passion for creating environments where both people and businesses can thrive.

Outside of work, Darren enjoys spending time with his family and embracing an active lifestyle through hiking, climbing, the gym, and padel. He is passionate about mental health and wellbeing, lifelong learning and exploring new destinations, while valuing authentic relationships and meaningful human connection.
