Thomas McNelliey BSc (Hons)

Thomas McNelliey leads the growth and expansion of Rosemont Partners’ Saudi Arabia division, driving strategic initiatives and developing specialist teams to support businesses entering and expanding within the Kingdom. Working closely with clients, Thomas delivers tailored corporate structuring and market entry solutions that align with their regional and international growth objectives.

Prior to joining Rosemont Partners, Thomas gained experience in Finance and Private Equity before specialising in Corporate Structuring and Private Wealth Structuring, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the commercial and strategic considerations behind international business expansion.

Thomas holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in International Business Management with Enterprise & Finance.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife, and their son. A keen golfer, he can often be found on Dubai’s golf courses, whether with friends, colleagues, or clients.
