Umer Zahid, CAF

Umer is a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with experience in managing daily accounting operations, preparing management reports, performing client account reconciliations, handling audit assignments and ensuring tax compliance. With a strong foundation in accounting and finance and practical experience across accounting, audit and taxation, Umer provides accurate financial information and supports our clients in meeting their accounting and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

Umer has completed the Certificate in Accounting and Finance (CAF) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). His experience includes preparation of financial statements, bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.

Additionally, Umer has received exemptions towards the ACCA qualification based on his previous studies and is currently pursuing the remaining ACCA papers alongside his professional career. 

Outside of work, Umer enjoys playing and following cricket and travelling. His passion for cricket has helped him develop an understanding of how to work with and manage teams, bring people together towards a common goal. Travelling allows him to explore new places and experiences. His commitment to continuous learning, teamwork, and client service makes him a valuable member of the team.
